Hi, I’m Jackie – the person behind Task Me Anything.
I’ve been working since I was 14, and over the past 15+ years, I’ve worn many hats: event coordinator, waitress, creative entrepreneur, administrative assistant, legal assistant, and more. My path has never been linear, but it’s always been grounded in one thing: helping people.
I’ve supported teams and clients across industries—from coordinating multi-step legal processes and prepping immigration documents, to planning virtual events and crafting personalized creations with care. I’ve worked in fast-paced legal spaces where I handled backend systems like spreadsheets, case tracking in Asana, form preparation (like I-589s, I-131s, VAWA apps, and EADs), and declaration drafting.
But my favorite part of everything I do? Easing someone’s mental load. I love taking tasks off your plate—whether it’s scheduling appointments, organizing your calendar, or planning your wedding (seriously).
