Hey there! I’m so glad you’re here and I want you to feel confident in every service you book with me. Because everything I offer is custom and starts quickly, here's how refunds work:
All Sales Are Final Once Services Begin
As soon as we start work—whether that’s planning, prepping, or sending over a form—your booking is considered active and non-refundable.
Need to Cancel? Let’s Talk!
If you change your mind within 24 hours of payment and no work has started, just reach out. I may offer a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
For Larger Projects
Some custom packages (like wedding planning or party boxes) require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot and cover prep/materials.
My Promise to You
If you ever feel something’s off or not quite what you expected, I’ll always do my best to fix it or credit you toward a future task. I’m here to help, not to stress you out.

Task Me Anything is a 100% virtual, custom-based service — which means each task begins shortly after booking. Because of this, we do not offer standard refunds once work has started.
Refund Eligibility
If a client requests cancellation within 24 hours of payment and no prep or communication has started, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
For larger or multi-step projects, a non-refundable deposit is required to cover initial prep, materials, and to reserve your spot.
No Refunds Will Be Given For:
Changes in personal schedule or availability
Lack of communication or late responses
Completed work that met outlined expectations
